【摘要】 喀斯特地区农用地估价还处于起步阶段,其基本理论与方法体系还未建立起来。目前在喀斯特农村地区开展的农用地估价主要有单宗宅基地估价、城郊结合部或城市规划区土地估价以及为解决纠纷问题而开展的单宗土地估价 3种形式,主要存在农用地分等定级难和估价方法是否适用等难点问题。对喀斯特地区农用地估价进行探讨,对于整个喀斯特地区以及非喀斯特地区农用地估价理论与方法的完善都是有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on the evaluation of agricultural lands in karst areas is still in its initial stage, and its basic theories and method systems have not been established. At present, evaluation of agricultural land being carried out in the karst rural areas includes the single house-base evaluation, city- suburb combination or city-planning area land evaluation, and the single land evaluation to resolve the disputing problems. There are some difficult problems, such as the classification of agricultural land and the availability of the evaluation means. With the study, it is beneficial to improve the theories and methods of evaluation of agricultnial land in the whole karst and non-karst areas as well.更多还原
