【摘要】 目的　探讨静脉药瘾者辅助性T细胞的变化及与病毒感染的关系。方法　采集381例静脉药瘾者和10 2例健康体检者静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附法、放射免疫测定法检测外周血单个核细胞诱生的IFN γ和IL 4 ,血清中IL 2和IL 4 ,以及HBV和HCV感染的血清学指标。结果　①静脉药瘾者单个核细胞诱生的IFN γ、IL 4以及血清IL 2比对照组减低;血清IL 4增高,差异具有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1)。②静脉药瘾者HBV和HCV感染率增高,与对照组比较差异具有显著性意义;发生HBV和HCV感染时,静脉药瘾者单个核细胞诱生的IFN γ进一步降低。结论　静脉药瘾者Th1 Th2细胞失衡,机体抗病毒能力减弱,而病毒感染又加重细胞免疫功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between helper T lymphocytes (Th) and virus infection in intravenous drug users (IVDUs). Methods The samples of venous blood from 381 IVDUs and 102 controls were collected. The cytokine (CK) in the venous blood and the infection markers of HBV and HCV was detected by ELISA and radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results ①The levels of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) -induced IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and serum IL-2 were obviously decreased in IVDUs, but the serum IL-4 was increased (P<0.01). ②Anti-HBV, anti-HCV, and coinfection positive rates were 35.96%, 68.5%, and 27.82% , respectively. The production of IFN-γ was significantly decreased in HBV and HCV infection. In the controls, HBV infection rate was 17.65% while HCV infection rate was 0%. Conclusion In IVDUs, the balance of Th1/Th2 cells is disturbed, the ability of antivirus is weakened, and the infection inversely accelerates the disturbance of cellular immunity function.更多还原
