【摘要】 为了了解和掌握吸毒人员的戒毒情况,分析原因、研究对策,提高戒毒工作质量,重点调查复吸率的情况,采用对比调查,即对劳教戒毒人员和解教回归人员各随机调查20人,采取与当地公安机关、社区、村委会联系以及本人和家属见面的方式进行调查,调查结果显示无毒环境戒断率高,有毒环境低于25%,复吸率高。还分析了复吸和未复吸的原因并提出戒毒工作的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of investigating addicted people is to learn and grasp the situation about addicted people,then analyze their reasons.Some measures are taken to improve the efficiency of giving up taking drugs.The key to the investigation is the rate of retaking drugs.The method is comparative investigation,that is to say,investigating people thrown into prison because of taking drugs and people who are released from the jail.Respectively 20 of them are investigated at random,by the means of local public security bureau,community and village committee and meeting family members.As a result,the rate of giving up drugs is 25 percent higher in people who don’t contact drugs than that in people who have something to do with drugs.Furthermore,the rate of retaking drugs is high in the later one,too.Besides,reasons about retaking drugs are analyzed and some advice is given.更多还原
