【摘要】 企业产权制度是企业制度的重要核心部分,民营企业在中国所创造的经济奇迹与其在不同历史发展阶段的产权制度有着紧密关系。对民营企业初期经济绩效的产权解释进行了回顾,在此基础上综述了两种不同类型民营企业,即乡镇集体企业与私营企业的产权制度变迁。对民营企业产权制度的进一步变迁提出了一些具有理论和现实意义的问题。更多还原
