高温铁钙基脱硫剂的再生行为研究
STUDY ON THE REGENERATION OF Fe-Ca BASED DESULFURIZER
【摘要】 在固定床装置上研究了 Fe- Ca基脱硫剂在含氧、含水蒸气以及含氧 -水蒸气混合气氛中的初次再生行为 ,考察了再生温度对再生行为的影响 .结果表明 ,在含氧气氛中再生时 ,随着再生温度的提高 ,再生率下降 ;在含水蒸气气氛中再生时 ,温度提高 ,再生率增大 ,与含氧气氛再生时相比 ,后者的再生时间较长 ;而在含氧 -水蒸气的混合气氛中再生时 ,适当的低温和较高的 H2 O/ O2 比值则有利于提高单质硫的选择性 .
【Abstract】 Regeneration behavior of Fe-Ca based desulfurizer was investigated in the tubular fixed-bed. The influence of regeneration temperature on regeneration of desulfurizer were studied The results showed that,in atmosphere containing O 2, regeneration conversion decreases as the temperature rising, however the case is on the opposite when regenerated in atmosphere containing H 2O. In O 2-H 2O containing atmosphere, the feasibly lower temperature and the higher H 2O/O 2 value favor to achieve elemental sulfur.
