【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection of EBV and the expression of Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma ,to explore the relation between EBV and expression of Bcl-2. Methods 202 cases of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue coming from surgically resected gastric carcinomas in Tangshan area, the DNA were extracted according to the method described by Van Beek with some modifications, and were screened for β-actin DNA detection. EBV infection were analysed by detecting EBNA1 DNA by PCR. Then, EBV positive and negative cases were selected for analysis of the expression level of Bcl-2 by immunohistochemistry. Results There were 14 cases deteeled EBV ONA in 166 β-actin DNA positive cases (8.4%), Bcl-2 expressions in EBV DNA positive cases were higher than in negative ones, but the differences were no statistically significant.Conclusion The relashionship between EBV infection and the expressions of Bcl-2 were showed not very clear in this study.更多还原
