双活塞式液压自由活塞发动机活塞组件振动特性
Oscillation characteristic of dual hydraulic free piston engine piston component assemble
【摘要】 根据双活塞液压自由活塞发动机样机活塞组件动力学模型,推导出活塞组件的自激振动方程;运用相轨迹法研究了活塞组件系统的稳定性;采用傅里叶展开法推导出活塞组件稳态运动的一阶解析解,以及活塞组件的幅频特性;提出液压自由活塞发动机稳定运行的必要条件,和通过负载特性确定活塞组件稳态工作频率的方法.
【Abstract】 Based on the dynamical model of DHFPE’s(dual hydraulic free piston engine) piston component assemble,the self-sustained oscillation motion of DHFPE was deduced.The stability of DHFPE was analyzed on the basis of DHFPE’s phase-plane diagram.The first order analysis of steady state motion for piston component was deduced by using Fourier expansion method,and the amplitude frequency characteristics was presented.Finally the method of determining DHFPE operation frequency was presented,and brought up the necessary condition of its stable operation.
