模压成型煤柱的强度研究和实验分析

【摘要】 基于散体煤颗粒模压成型的物理过程, 研究煤柱模压成型时的压力、壁面摩擦、压头位移、煤柱强度、煤柱密度和孔隙率等, 建立了压力分布、模压力、成型摩擦力、煤柱强度和煤柱密度的理论表达式. 针对影响成型煤柱强度的诸因素设计了一系列实验, 分析结果表明, 模压力、黏结材料、颗粒级配、压模内壁润滑和成型坯料含水量对成型煤柱的抗压强度有显著影响.

【Abstract】 Based on the physical effects between coal particles in compaction, the compaction force, wall friction of mold, displacement of piston, strength, density and porosity of coal log were studied and some equations about the pressure distribution along axis of the coal log in compaction, the compaction force, the compaction friction force, the strength and density of coal log were also been established and put forward. A set of experiments was conducted for analyzing factors which affected the strength of compaction coal logs. The experimental results indicated that the compressive strength of coal logs is firmly related to the compaction force, the cementing materials, the particle distribution, the lubrication of wall of compaction mold and the water content of coal samples.
