煤矸石浆液脱除燃煤烟气中SO2的研究

【摘要】 运用煤矸石中含有丰富的碱性物质和化学吸收技术, 对煤矸石浆液脱除燃煤烟气中SO2的影响因素进行了研究. 得出煤矸石可有效脱除低浓度烟道气中的SO2, 脱硫的适宜条件: 浆液浓度20%、颗粒直径在208μm左右、初始pH=5 5、反应温度80℃、有效反应时间可持续1h,最高脱硫率达75%左右.

【Abstract】 By the technology of chemical absorption and there are plenty of alkali material in coal-waste rocks, there effecting factors to remove SO (2) from flow gas of combusted coal were studied. Through the experiment and study, it proved coal-waste rocks are agent of removal SO (2) that have potential price and good future, used waste solid to clean liquid waste. Got conclusion the beneficial condition of removal SO (2) is 20% concentration of coal-waste rocks slurry, 208 μm of coal-waste rocks powder, pH of the slurry at first is 5.5, 80 ℃ of the slurry temperature, and time of the reaction kept 1 h, the maximal efficiency of removal SO (2) can reach 75%.
