采煤方法选择与配套设备选型专家系统研发

【摘要】 在工作面顶底板及围岩可控程度分类最新研究结果的基础上,结合放顶煤开采各影响因素分级评分、重要性系数专家知识库,利用模糊数学积分评判原理,实现了针对某一特定地质条件以综放开采为核心的采煤方法优化,研究开发了既能满足煤层客观开采条件又能充分考虑人为等不确定因素影响的配套设备选型专家系统软件。

【Abstract】 Base on the new R & D results of roof, floor and surrounding rocks controllable classification for the coal mining faces, in combination with the classified evaluations of each influenced factors in top coal caving mining, the expert knowledge of the important coefficients and the decision principle of fuzzy mathematics integral,the coal mining method was optimized based on the fully mechanized top coal caving mining for certain geological conditions. The expert system software of completed equipment selection, which could meet the seam existing mining conditions and could fully consider the uncertain factors, was developed.
