赵庄矿斜井微裂隙围岩防渗化学预注浆治理

【摘要】 赵庄矿水文地质条件复杂, 主、副斜井穿越多个巨厚富水砂岩含水层, 井筒水治理是掘进施工的难点。为解决斜井预注水泥浆反渗严重这一技术难题, 在副斜井一强含水层段尝试采用化学预注浆新工艺, 取得了一次性封水的技术效果, 封水率达到98%, 封水效果良好。

【Abstract】 The geological conditions in Zhaozhuang Mine are complicated. The mine main and auxiliary shafts had to pass through several rich water bearing sandstone zones. The water control in the mine shafts was the difficult issue of the mine shaft excavation. In order to solve the technical difficulty of the cement pregrouting leakage in the inclined shafts, a chemical pregrouting technology was adopted for the rich water bearing zone in the auxiliary shaft with a water sealing results. The water sealing rate was up to 98 % and the water sealing result was good.
