【摘要】 液固流化床粗煤泥分选虽然在国外已应用较多,但国内研究尚属空白,是目前粗煤泥分选和回收的先进技术。通过自行设计和制作液固流化床分选设备,建立了初步的试验研究系统。对3~0.5 mm粉煤试验结果进行认真分析和探讨,指出液固流化床分选技术是一种结构简单,分选效率高、单位面积处理能力大、维修工作量小、投资少的技术,是一种适合粗煤泥分选的先进技术之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The liquid-solid fluidized bed,which is an advanced technology to separate and recovery fine coal from coarse slime,has been used in many coal preparation plants abroad,but the study on it has not begun in China.By independently designing and making the separation equipment of the Liquid-solid fluidized bed,an open experimental system has been established.On the basis of the discussion on the experimental results of fine coal with size ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm,it can be concluded that the technology of the liquid-solid fluidized Bed,with structure simple,separation efficiency high,treatment ability per area great,work amount of maintenance small,and investment little,is one of the advanced technologies suitable for the coarse slime separation.更多还原
