高校后勤社会化改革中“以人为本”思想的理性思考
Some Rational Thoughts on the "Human-Centered" Idea of the Socialization Reform on University Logistics
【摘要】 “以人为本”是现代化管理中一种行之有效的管理手段。通过对“以人为本”思想的发展历程与变革的探索,研讨在高校后勤社会化改革中“以人为本”思想的具体内涵与实践,以利于推进后勤社会化改革工作,实现后勤社会化改革的目标。
【Abstract】 "Human-centered" idea is one of the effective methods in modern management.This essay,through the exploration of the developing history and reforms on"Human-centered" idea,further deliberates the detailed information and practices of the"Human-centered" idea of the socialization reform on university logistics,so that we can promote the work in this field and realize the goal in the socialization reform on university logistics.
