【Abstract】 In view of large volume of slime to be treated by flotation and high reagent consumption at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, employed was the pulp conditioning by emulsification, in which flotation reagent emulsified directly with water without emulsifier, on-line emulsification applied,i.e. ,the emulsion added directly into the pulp without intermediate buffer storage and,as a consequence,reagent consumption 20% reduced and remarkable economic benefit obtained.更多还原
