基于柔性车架的摩托车虚拟样机建模及仿真

【摘要】 在基于虚拟样机技术的摩托车多体动力学模型构建中导入有限元柔性车架,建立了更为真实的整车虚拟动力学模型;对刚性、柔性2种车架模型路面载荷谱输入的振动仿真结果进行对比表析,柔性车架的整车虚拟样机模型更符合实际情况。

【Abstract】 In the establishment of motorcycle multi-body dynamic model based on virtual mocking technology ,the virtual dynamic model of the entire motorcycle more close to reality is built by transmission of finite element & flexible motorcycle frame .The vibration emulation results of rigid and flexible motorcycle frame model under the input of the spectrum of road surface roughness are compared ;it indicates that the virtual mocking of motorcycle based on flexible motorcycle frame is closely in accord with the reality.
