【摘要】 目的:探索一种根治腋臭的简易的微创手术方法。方法:以18号硬膜外穿刺针与20ml注射器在局部肿胀麻醉的腋毛区形成负压后反复抽吸包含大汗腺的皮下组织浅层与真皮层。结果:本组治疗290例,282例达一次性根治,8例单侧轻度复发,治愈率97%。结论:手术成功率高、取材方便、操作简单、不遗留瘢痕、恢复快、痛苦少、保留了腋窝的完整性,可重复操作,是一种理想的、值得推广的腋臭治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study a simplified method to cure the axillary bromhidrosis by the minimally invasive surgery. Methods An extractor composed by an extradural puncture needle of size 18 and 20ml- injector was inserted into subcutaneous tissue and dermis which had been distensionally anethetized.Apocrine glands were drawn out. Results 290 patients were treated by the minimally invasive method.8 cases of them unilaterally recurrenced.282 patients were cured completely.The cure rate was 97%. Conclusion The method has the following advantages:higher cure rate,simple material,easier operation,no scar,quick recovery,less pain,and repeatable operation.
