【摘要】 目的:探索快速增殖表皮细胞的方法。方法:采用3T3滋养细胞培养法,将传代表皮细胞和3T3细胞共同接种于DF12十全大补汤兔血清培养系统中,对传代表皮细胞生长的情况进行研究。结果:在3T3成纤维细胞和兔血清共同存在时,即使低密度接种表皮细胞,表皮细胞也能以单个细胞为克隆,以单层形式生长,增殖迅速,融合成膜片时间缩短,细胞数量大,克隆形成效率高,与对照组比较均呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:本将为表皮细胞培养和移植在整形外科临床中应用开拓前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the method for accelerating proliferation of human keratinocytes. Methods The growth of keratinocytes was observed in DF12 and SHI QUAN DA BU TANG Rabbit’s serum culture medium which had been inoculated with keratinocytes concurrently with 3T3 fibroblasts. Results When 3T3 fibroblasts and Rabbit’s serum concurrently existed,the keratinocytes proliferated quickly with single cells as caloned and single layer in growing form,even if cells were inoculated in low density;the forming time was short ,and the cells increased in quantity rapidly and the efficiency of colony--forming enhanced as compared with the controls(P<0.05). Conclusion It sheds a light on the possible use for culturing and transplanting human keratinocytes in Cosmetic Surgery.更多还原
