【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻尖区软组织缺损的即时修复的有效方法。方法:根据鼻尖及鼻小柱不同范围的软组织缺损,修复方法包括鼻唇沟皮瓣8例,轴型鼻背皮瓣3例,耳廓复合组织移植7例。结果:18例患者修复组织在色泽、质地上与受区接近,修复效果满意。结论:邻近部位皮瓣转移和耳廓复合组织移植是修复鼻尖端部不同范围的软组织缺损的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out suitable operation for early reconstruction of lower nasal soft defects. Methods Naso-labial sulcus flaps for 8 cases of tip defect? Axial nasodorsum flap for 3 cases of tip-columella-ala defect. 7 cases of small defect of the alaor the columella were repaired by insertion of a piece of composite graft from the ear. Results The defects were satisfactorily reconstrueted both in color and texture. Conclusion Flap transported from adjacent area and composite ear transported were effective in reconstruction of lower nasal soft tissue defects.更多还原
