【摘要】 目的　探讨高危良性前列腺增生症经尿道隧道法电切术的可行性。方法　对 72 例高危前列腺增生症行经尿道隧道法切除部分前列腺,并观察术中、术后并发症及治疗效果。结果　72 例均手术成功,平均手术时间 40 min,无并发症。71 例症状改善,随访6~36月,排尿通畅;1例因膀胱逼尿肌功能减退,行永久性膀胱造瘘术。结论　经尿道隧道法前列腺部分切除术治疗高危前列腺增生症安全有效,是一种理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of transurethral tunnel resection of prostate in high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods Transurethral tunnel resection of prostate was applied to treat 72 cases of high risk BPH. Complications and therapeutic effects during and after operation were observed. Results The operations of 72 cases were successful with no complications. Average treatment time was 40 minutes. Symptom was improved in 71 cases who had been followed up for 6～36 months and voiding was unobstructed. Detrusor hypofunction of bladder of 1 case was treated with cystostomy permanently. Conclusion Transurethral tunnel resection of prostate is safe and effective to treat high risk BPH.更多还原
