【摘要】 目的　评估尿脱落细胞CK -20表达的检测在诊断膀胱癌复发中的价值及其临床意义。方法　对 60 例膀胱癌术后随访尿液标本进行CK -20标志物检测。分析参数包括肿瘤数目、大小、WHO分级及 CK- 20 mRNA标志物。结果　20 例复发者中 12例CK -20表达阳性(60%),且均为血尿标本; CK 20 表达检测诊断膀胱癌复发的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为 60%、90%及80%; CK -20的表达与肿瘤分级间无明显相关性。结论　CK- 20 检测可以作为监测膀胱癌术后随访病人肿瘤复发的良好标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance and potential clinical implications of cytokeratin 20 (CK-20) expression in diagnosis of bladder cancer recurrence. Methods The expression of CK-20 mRNA was analysed in 60 urine samples from 42 patients with bladder carcinoma in postoperative follow-up. The analytic parameters included tumor size, number of tumor, tumor grade and CK-20 marker. Results Of the 20 cases whose bladder carcinoma recurred, the hematuria samples of 12 cases indicated positive CK-20 expression. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy was 60%, 90% and 80% respectively with the analysis by RT-PCR for the expression of CK-20 mRNA in diagnosis of bladder cancer recurrence. No correlation was found between CK-20 expression and tumor grading. Conclusion The results indicate that CK-20 is a marker in diagnosis of bladder cancer recurrence in patients with bladder carcinoma in postoperative follow-up, especially in patients with hematuresis.更多还原
