贝那普利用于PTE的疗效及安全性的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 初步观察贝那普利用于肾移植术后红细胞增多症(PTE)的疗效及其安全性。方法 分别对5例确诊为PTE的患 者给予贝那普利10~20mg/d治疗。治疗期间定期复查红细胞压积(Hct)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血钾(K+)、尿素氮(Bun)、肌酐 (Scr),并记录药物的不良反应。结果 Hct及Hb在治疗后14d即显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),在治疗后14~42d降至正常 范围。无明显不良反应。治疗前后K+、Bun及Scr无明显变化。结论 贝那普利治疗PTE起效快,安全性好,小剂量贝那普利 对血清K+、Bun及Scr无明显影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of benazepril in the treatment of post renal transplant erythrocytosis (PTE). Methods 5 patients with PTE were treated with benazepril 10~20mg/d. The hematocrit (Hct), hemoglobin (Hb), the concentration of serum kalium (K +), blood urea nitrogen (Bun), and serum creatinine (Scr) were observed. Results Significant reductions were observed in Hct and Hb after 14 days (t= 3.343, P< 0.05 and t= 4.848 P< 0.01, respectively). All patients recovered within 14~42 days. No remarkable side effects were reported. The difference between the final and initial K +, Bun and Scr were not significant. Conclution Benazepril is safe and effective in the treatment of postrenal transplant erythrocytosis. The influence of low dosage of benazepril on K +, Bun and Scr is not evident.
