种植密度对不同筋力型小麦品种荧光动力学参数及产量的影响
Effect of Planting Density on Fluorescence Induction Kinetic Parameters in Different Gluten Wheat Cultivars
【摘要】 2003~2004年度在大田条件下,采用2种不同筋力型小麦品种,研究了不同种植密度对小麦生育后期荧光动力学参数及产量的影响。结果表明,种植密度对不同筋力型小麦品种叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响存在差异,强筋型小麦品种豫麦34在每公顷基本苗225×104株条件下,其叶绿素含量、PS 潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PS 的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)等叶绿素荧光动力学参数较优,最终产量最高;而弱筋型小麦品种豫麦50在每公顷基本苗75×104株条件下,上述各性状最优,产量较高,随种植密度增大,Fv/Fo及Fv/Fm下降,qN增大,植株倒伏性亦增加。
【Abstract】 A field experiment was conducted to evaluate fluorescence induction kinetic parameters and grain yield in different planting densities of two different gluten wheat cultivars, Yumai 34 and Yumai 50, (during) grain (filling) stage in 20032004. The results indicated that the photosynthetic pigment content, PSⅡ potential (activity)(Fv/Fo), the maximal quantum efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry (Fv/Fm), (non-photochemical) quenching coefficient (qN) of flag leaves and grain characters were higher in treatment of B3(225×104 seedlings per hectare) for strong-gluten wheat cultivar Yumai 34 than other treatment. As for weak-gluten wheat cultivar Yumai 50, the better density was 75×104 seedlings per hectare. Both Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm decreased while qN enhanced, and plant (lodging) (occurred) with the increase of planting density in this cultivar.
