小麦一年五代快速发育技术研究

【摘要】 小麦育种周期过长一直是困扰小麦育种界的中心问题。加速小麦个体发育进程的研究,过去的工作主要是利用品种特性或特殊的地理环境进行加代,过于强调满足小麦发育的要求,显得比较被动。利用小麦幼胚离体培养技术进行缩短小麦发育周期的研究,前人已取得了一定的成果。笔者的研究表明,选择有效胚龄为12~14d的幼胚,置于PM培养基培养3~4d,然后在8~10℃、1000lx×24h/d的光照条件下,春化处理25~30d,并通过移苗后发育调控,可使小麦个体发育周期加速到一年五代。

【Abstract】 It has been a central issue of perplexing the wheat breeding all the time that the breeding (periodicity) of the wheat is long. Studies to accelerate wheat ontogeny process in the past were mainly on (utilization) of variety characteristic or special geographical environment, (emphasis) were on meeting the (demand) of development of wheat, it seems more passive. This survey uses the wheat young (embryo) (leaving) the body and training technology to shorten wheat development (cycle). The result was: choose young (embryo) of 12~14 d effective age, put on PM culture media for 3~4 d , then in 8~10℃, under a (illumination) of 1000 lx ×24 h/d, vernalization treatment of 25~30 d, and the development is adjusted and controlled through transplanting seedlings. The wheat ontogeny (cycle) could be accelerated to five (generations) a year.
