【摘要】 为了给小麦品质育种及优势区域发展规划提供科学依据,选取31个春小麦品种及58个冬小麦品种做为样品,对其进行了品种品质分类及相应的品质类型分析,并与美国、加拿大等国家同一类型小麦品质进行了比较。结果表明,我国春小麦品种品质性状总体平均值高于冬小麦,优质冬小麦品种比例大于春小麦。优质强筋小麦品种占分析样品的65.2％,优质中筋和优质弱筋小麦品种分别占6.7％和2.2％。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the quality classification of wheat varieties in China, 31 spring wheat and 58 winter wheat varieties were selected to analyze their quality classification and relevant quality types. In the meantime, they were compared with the same quality type of wheat varieties developed in the USA and Canada. The results showed that the mean of quality characters of spring wheat were higher than that of winter wheat, and the proportions of high quality among winter wheat varieties were higher than that of the spring wheat varieties. The strong gluten wheat varieties took up 65. 2% of the total samples, the medium gluten and weak gluten wheat varieties took up 6. 7% and 2. 2% of the total samples, respectively.更多还原
