春小麦籽粒灌浆期蛋白质含量动态变化规律的定量分析
Quantitative Analysis of the Dynamics of Grain Protein Content in Spring Wheat at Grain Filling Stage
【摘要】 以3个不同品质类型春小麦为材料,在设定不同肥力和气象条件等环境因子影响试验的基础上建立灌浆期籽粒蛋白质含量动态变化的曲线拟合方程,以定量揭示籽粒蛋白质含量的动态变化过程与规律。结果表明,籽粒蛋白质含量随时间动态变化规律符合三次多项式曲线,即蛋白质含量变化呈现自开花始先降低而后增加的凹性曲线变化。方程的各特征量具有相应的籽粒蛋白质含量动态变化的生物学意义;基因型与环境因素对籽粒蛋白质含量动态变化的影响通过方程的系数和特征量而体现。灌浆期籽粒蛋白质含量的动态变化过程中,不同基因型具有不同特点,且基因型间的关系也随之发生动态变化。
【Abstract】 Based on the field experiments, the effects of environmental factors including fertility and me-terological condition on the three spring wheats genotypes with different quality were investigated in Harbin in 2002, the dynamic change of grain protein content was analyzed quantificationally by establishing the fitting curve equation of the dynamics of grain protein content. The results showed that the dynamic change of grain protein content with days after anthesis could well fit with the third-power curve concave in shape. The characteristic variables of the curve equation represented the corresponding biological significance of the grain protein content at different time, and the effects of genotypes and environmental factors on the grain protein content dynamic have been embodied by means of the characteristic variables and coefficients of the fitting curve equation. The differences of protein content between genotypes varied during the period of grain filling.
