【摘要】 以氯化铝与氨水为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备陶瓷膜溶胶.在制备溶胶的过程中,实验考察了水解温度、胶溶剂种类及用量、蒸发时间、老化时间及温度等因素对最终溶胶稳定性能的影响.采用单因素分析方法,在确定其它条件不变的情况下,改变一个因素,来考察单个因素对溶胶性能的影响,通过单因素分析方法的实验研究,找到了制备稳定透明的勃姆石溶胶的优化参数,其最优参数为:水解温度85℃,n(H+)/n(Al3+)=0.14∶1,n(H2O)/n(Al3+)=140∶1,蒸发时间3h,老化温度90℃,老化时间4h.更多还原

【Abstract】 Boehmite sol was prepared by sol-gel method with AlCl₃ and NH₃·H₂O as raw materials. Some factors, such as hydrolytic temperature,the species and amount of peptizator, evaporation time,aged temperature and time, etc., on the sol and gel properties were investigated. Analytical method of single factor was used to prepare the stable and clear boehmite sol,and to give the optimized operating conditions: hydrolytic temperature of 85 ℃,n（H⁺）/n(Al³⁺)=0.14,n（H₂O）/n(Al³⁺)=140,evaporation time of 3 hours,aged temperature of 90 ℃,and aged time 4 hours.更多还原
