【摘要】 研究了以葡聚糖为标准物,测定超滤膜切割分子量的简易方法.以乙醇为沉淀剂,测定水溶液中葡聚糖溶液浊度的方法测定葡聚糖的浓度.探讨了乙醇与水溶液混合体积比、温度、时间等因素对浊度稳定性的影响.结果表明,当葡聚糖溶液与乙醇体积比为1∶1,反应30min,溶液浊度与葡聚糖浓度成线性关系,相关系数R2达0.99以上.实验表明,该方法是一种简单、快速测定超滤膜切割分子量的方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple and easy method of testing molecular weight cutoff(MWCO) for ultrafiltration membrane by dextran was studied.The concentration of dextran solution was measured by testing its turbidity value using ethanol as the precipitant.The effects of the volume ratio of ethanol and dextran,temperature and time on the stability of turbidity value were investigated.The results indicates that when the volume ratio of ethanol and dextran is 1∶1 and the reaction time is 30 minute,there is a linear ralation between turbidity and concentration in the dextran concentration range of 0～600 mg/L,and the correlation cofficient R~2 is over 0.99. It is evident that this is a simple,easy and fast method of testing MWCO for UF membrane.更多还原
