通过增加辅助阀提高综采工作面推移速度
Raising the Moving Speed of Supports on Complex Face by Adding Attached Valve
【摘要】 在当今综采技术发展中,综采工作面推溜移架的时间成为制约提高工作面产量的一个至关重要的因素,分析了千斤顶中操纵阀的不足,通过在液压支架液压系统中增加差压阀和双交替阀,提高综采工作面推溜移架的速度和综采工作面的产量。
【Abstract】 By present the slow moving speed of supports on complex face becomes a very important factor preventing raising the coal output.In order to solve the problem,by analysing and discovering the shortcomings of steering valve of hydraulic jack,I add a differential pressure valve and an exchanging valve to the hydraulic pressure system of the hydraulic support.Thus the moving speed of supports is raised,further the coal output of complex face is also raised.
