抗冲击钝化乳化炸药的研究

【摘要】 文中从理论上分析了提高乳化炸药抗冲击钝化能力的技术途径,认为通过改性与复合Span-80、采用适当的化学敏化方式可以达到目的。并据此设计了三种抗冲击钝化乳化炸药配方,实测其抗冲击钝化能力是普通乳化炸药的3.0~3.5倍,能够满足延期爆破炸药的抗冲击钝化要求。

【Abstract】 The technique approach to improve the ability of shock desensitization resistance is theoretically analyzed in this paper, which can be reached through modifying and compounding Span-80 and applying the proper sensitizing mode. Three formulas for emulsion explosive with shock desensitization resistance are designed, of which the ability of shock desensitization resistance is from 3 to 3.5 times of that of other explosives. The requirement of shock desensitization resistance in using delay time explosive is satisfied.
