通过数值模拟对拉深件工艺预冲孔设置的研究

【摘要】 分析了工艺预冲孔对板料成形状态的影响,并把数值模拟引入工艺预冲孔设置的研究。结合两个模拟实例,可以看出对于不同特征的型面上开设的工艺孔,对零件成形效果的影响是不同的,工艺冲孔并不总是能改善零件的成形状态。通过对两个例子模拟结果和板料应力应变的分析,总结出了工艺预冲孔设置的一些规律。

【Abstract】 The effect of processing pre-punched hole on the forming state of sheets is analyzed. Numerical simulation is applied to the study on processing pre-punched hole setting. With two simulated instances. it can be known that the processing holes on different feature surfaces have different effects on the forming of parts . Processing pre-punched holes can’t always improve the forming state of parts. Some rules of processing pre-punched hole setting are summarized through the simulated results of two instances and the analysis of stress and strain for sheets.
