改善冲压弹片内应力提高其寿命

【摘要】 通过分析冲压弹片制品的失效形式,找出了导致弹片失效的主要原因,以图例示出弹片的工作形式及其主要失效位置,并分析了弹片在工作过程中的内在应力变化,从模具设计上提出了改进措施,以实验验证了在改进模具后,所冲压出的弹片寿命得到了明显提高。更多还原
