虚拟现实开发包WTK在机构仿真中的应用
【摘要】 分析了目前流行的几种主要机构仿真软件的优点和不足,鉴于它们都对机构内部结构的仿真结果展示不明显这一共同缺点,将虚拟现实技术应用于机构仿真;通过对机构建模、确定运动件和静止件、定义运动副并建立机构仿真模型,以MicrosoftVC++6.0为平台,以WTK为工具,编程实现了一个典型的微波炉机构在虚拟环境下的仿真;最后借助于现有的虚拟现实硬件设备观察体验了仿真的结果,效果较为理想。
【Abstract】 The merits and shortcomings of current popular main mechanism simulation softwares are analyzed.The virtual reality technology is applied to mechanism simulation as to the common shortcoming that they can’t show the inner structure of mechanism apparently.By modeling the mechanism,determining mobile parts and still parts,defining pair and setting up simulating model, a simulation of typical microwave mechanism is fulfilled in virtual environment on the platform Microsoft VC++6.0 and by the tool WTK.Finally,the effect of simulation is observed by using existing equipment,the result is ideal.
