薄壁管液压胀形过程的数值模拟

【摘要】 采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法分析了薄壁管的典型液压胀形过程,得到了不同长度不锈钢管在管端固定和自由时变形区的厚度、轮廓形状以及成形极限的变化规律;分析了不锈钢管因长度变化而使变形参数发生规律性变化的原因。将试验数据与采用DYNAFORM软件进行数值模拟的结果进行了比较,分析了误差产生的原因,提出了通过使用数值模拟反求材料参数,用最佳数值模拟方式得到与试验结果更为接近和可信的方法。研究工作对改进数值模拟方法,更好地发挥数值模拟对实际应用的指导作用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The method of numerical simulation in combination with experiment was adopted to anˉalyze a typical hydromatic bulging process of the thin-walled tube.The change rule of stainless steel tube,with different length and with tube end either fixing or free,in the variation of the thickness,the profile and the forming limit in deformation zones was obtained.The reason of regular variation of deformation parameters due to the change of stainless steel tube length was analyzed.Comparison was made between experiment data and numerical simulation data resulted from DYNAFORM softˉware.The reason for the production of the error was analyzed.The application of optimal numerical simulation to counter compute material parameter and get more close and authentic result to the experiment was presented.The research work has certain consulting and referring value in imˉproving the numerical simulation method.
