精密工业配件的注射成型模拟
Simulation of Injection Moluding of the Precision Soldering-Wire Tray Parts
【摘要】 采用CAE技术对工业配件精密焊丝盘的注射成型工艺过程进行了计算机动态模拟,研究了不同充填时间、压力、注射温度和模具温度对焊丝盘边沿翘曲变形的影响规律,从而提出了优化模具冷却系统的方案和加工工艺参数
【Abstract】 The injection moulding process for forming the precision soldering-wire tray parts was simulated with the CAE technology.The rules of different filling time,pressure,injection temperˉature and mould temperature affecting the warpage of the edge of the soldering-wire tray are studˉied.The scheme for optimizing the cooling system of the mould and the technological parameters for processing are proposed.
