基于校园网的模具CAD/CAM教学平台设计
Design of the Die&Mould CAD/CAM Teaching Platform based on the University Campus Network
【摘要】 网络化制造是模具行业发展的一个主要方向。通过采用Client/Server模式、Internet中的HTTP和TCP/IP协议以及利用Web与CORBA相结合 ,探讨了网络教学平台的建模方法和相关技术 ,对基于校园网络的模具CAD/CAM教学系统的体系结构、网络设计、软件开发模型和实现方法进行了研究。研究表明 ,基于校园网的教学模式可以使学生亲历网络化制造、并行制造、计算机集成制造的实际场景 ,在教学和科研方面得到高起点的同步训练 ,有利于培养学生协同工作能力
【Abstract】 Network manufacturing is a main direction of the development of the die and mould inˉdustry.By applying the Client/Server mode and using the Internet HTTP and TCP/IP protocols and the Web-CORBA combination,the method for establishing the model of the network teaching platˉform and the relative techniques are discussed.The structure,network design,software developing model and implement approach of the die&mould CAD/CAM teaching system based on the uniˉversity campus network are studied.The results show that the teaching mode based on the campus network can provide students with actual scenes for network manufacturing,parallel manufacturing and computer integral manufacturing,can make synchronous training from a high start point at the aspect of teaching and scientific research,and is good for students to cultivating their cooperation ability.
