基于ISFET的生物传感器研究进展
Advancement of Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor-Based Biosensors
【摘要】 近年来,离子敏场效应晶体管(ISFET)在生物传感器领域的广泛研究取得了快速发展。综述了ISFET相对于传统离子电极(ISE)的优势,ISFET的工作原理,ISFET的分类和敏感膜;重点介绍了近年来国际上离子敏传感器在生物医学上的应用研究。针对ISFET存在的问题,展望了ISFET未来的研究和发展方向。
【Abstract】 In recent years, rapid development has been made in the research of ISFET (Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) as biosensors. Advantages of ISFETs over traditional ISE (ion sensitive electrode) are discussed. The operational mechanism of ISFETs is described. The classification of the device and its sensitive layer are summarized. Application and research of ISFETs for biomedicine in recent years are reviewed in particular. Moreover, the research and development trend of ISFET in the future are dealt with.
