【摘要】 通过对焦炉煤气柴油洗萘工艺的改进,可以有效地提高柴油洗萘效率,降低城市煤气的萘含量。生产实践表明,该工艺改进效果明显,不但可以提高城市煤气萘含量的合格率,而且还可降低柴油洗油的消耗、延长柴油洗油的使用周期。同时还解决了生产过程中柴油洗油的乳化问题,减缓了设备的腐蚀,延长了设备的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the technology of naphthalene-wash with diesel oil for coke oven gas is improved properly, the washing efficiency can be increased effectively, and the naphthalene content in the cleaned gas can be reduced. These measures are effective not only in raising the acceptable rate of the naphthalene content in gas, but also in lowering the consumption and prolonging the life of washing oil.
