毛绒类纤维在不同光学显微系统下的采集清晰度研究
Study on the animal fiber image definition captured by different optical microscope systems
【摘要】 文章以山羊绒和羊毛纤维为研究对象,使用不同类型的高级光学显微系统———高级光学显微镜与CCD和计算机配套,在不同光路条件下采集上述纤维的图像,并用毛绒类纤维识别软件进行处理,然后对原图和识别软件处理后图像的清晰度进行比较。经过比较与分析,认为Axioskop2MOTPLUS微分干涉差(DIC)显微镜在被研究的显微镜中性能最佳、成像效果最好。用其采集的纤维图像鳞片清晰,边缘清楚,无背景噪音和背面鳞片干扰,能够满足毛绒类纤维计算机图像分析技术的基本要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper, results of an investigation on the animal fibers including cashmere wool and general wool are reported. Images are captured by different types of advanced optical microscope system——advanced optical microscope system co-operated with CCD and computer. Under different illumination ways and analyzed by image-distinguishing software,the image definition has been compared.Come to a conclusion that the best optical microscope system is Axioskop 2 MOT PLUS differential interference contrast (DIC) microscope. Images captured by it are clear and clean without noisy signals and back scales, can satisfy image recognizing technique with computer.
