【摘要】 3D多层圆管既可应用于产业用纺织品,又能以毛织物等形式作为民用。按管状织物的织造原理,从内到外织造内外层互相嵌套的3D多层圆管,织造时采用垂纱先行接结多层管,可以提高型材本身的牢度与减少树脂用量。以具有垂纱接结的3层圆管为例,详细介绍了内、中、外各层的织造顺序及垂纱的交织规律,概括总结了多层圆管织造的要点。

【Abstract】 3D Multi-layer tube can be both used for technical textiles and daily textiles as woolen fabric ect. According to the principle of making tube fabrics, it can weave 3D Multi-layer tube which interlocks each other from inner to outer. When weaving, previous use vertical yarn to interlock the multi-layer tube can improve the mold material’s firmable and decrease the amount of reasin. Take three-layer tube with vertical yarn as an example, the interlace law and weaving sequence of each inner, intermediate and outer layer are introduced in detail, and the weaving emphasises of multi-layer tube are summarized outline.
