【摘要】 在相同工艺条件下进行了在梳棉机后罩板处单独加装一组棉网清洁器与后罩板不变、单独加固定盖板的对比试验。试验结果表明:在一定风量条件下,单独加棉网清洁器对提高成纱质量有一定效果,与后罩板不变相比条干CV值减少0. 5个百分点~0. 7个百分点,细节下降33. 3% ~44. 4%,粗节下降16% ~24. 5%,棉结下降19. 6% ~29. 3%,强力CV也有一定改善(在双侧吸风时);如风量得当,单独加棉网清洁器可起到与加固定盖板相同的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Test of setting only cotton web cleaner in back cover guard of carding machine, keeping original back cover guard and setting only stationary plate in it in same technology condition are compared. The test shows ——in the condition of specific air capacity, setting only cotton web cleaner can advance yarn forming quality in some degree, and compared to normal back cover guard, evenness CV value of setting cotton web cleaner is reducing by 0.5 percentage point to 0.7 percentage point, thin place is decreasing by 33.3 percent to 44.4 percent, slub is reducing by 16 percent to 24.5 percent, neps are reducing by 19.6 percent to 29.3 percent and strength CV is improving in condition of bilateral suction. If air capacity is suitable, the effect of setting only cotton web cleaner in back cover guard of carding machine is same to setting stationary plate.更多还原
