熔敷堆焊快速成形中数据处理的关键技术
Key technologies of data process for welding rapid prototyping
【摘要】 结合熔敷堆焊的工艺特点,采用快速成形技术探索实现功能型智能金属的快速制备。在分析现有的基于STL模型的快速成形数据处理技术的基础上,针对焊接这一多参数强耦合的复杂高温过程,提出了“造型-前处理-分层-尺寸补偿-轨迹填充-熔敷加工”数据处理关键技术。对数据前处理部分做了详细分析研究。
【Abstract】 Involved in the characteristic of fusing welding,rapid prototyping is adopted to rapidly manufacture the functional smart metallic product.Based on the methods and techniques of data process for STL model,aimed at Welding,one multi –parameter,coupling strongly complicated process,one procedure “Shaping-Repair-Slicing-Compensation-Planning-Machining”is put forward in this paper And in details preprocess on data is analyzed.
