【摘要】 结合熔敷堆焊的工艺特点,采用快速成形技术探索实现功能型智能金属的快速制备。在分析现有的基于STL模型的快速成形数据处理技术的基础上,针对焊接这一多参数强耦合的复杂高温过程,提出了“造型-前处理-分层-尺寸补偿-轨迹填充-熔敷加工”数据处理关键技术。对数据前处理部分做了详细分析研究。更多还原
