数控车床图形自动编程系统设计
Design of automatic graphic programming system for NC lathe
【摘要】 提出一种直接利用AutoCAD2002系统完成数控车床自动编程的方法。从AutoCAD2002生成的DXF文件中读取直线、圆弧、样条曲线、尺寸公差、表面粗糙度等信息及零件的全局信息,结合回转体零件的特点,利用所读取的图素来转化成零件的特征信息,并生成系统统一的数据结构,为系统提供统一格式的文本文件。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces a method of completing directly the Automatic Graphic Programming System for NC Lathe makinguse of AutoCAD2002 and the method of reading the line,arc,spline,tolerances,surface roughness and full messages of the part from DXF file generated by AutoCAD is introduced .By combining with the peculiarity of the rotative part and transferring the pixel into the feature information of the part,the unified data structure of the system are generated,which provides the format-unified text file for the system..
