粉尘悬浮输送速度的研究
Study on velocity of the dust suspension conveying
【摘要】 通过对粉尘悬浮状态流动规律的研究发现:输送管中物料的混合比一定时,气流速度越高,粒子悬浮流动效果越好;输送速度一定时,混合比越小,粒子悬浮流动效果越好;混合比是影响混合气流速度的主要因素。而当混合比一定,气流速度低至使粉尘物料在管道底部形成永久性沉淀层时,这种状态为管道堵塞的临界点,这时的气流速度即为临界速度;同样输送速度一定,混合此高至使粉尘物料在管道底部形成永久性沉淀层时,这时的混合比即为临界混合比。本研究提出的临界速度试验法简明、方便、实用,通过实际工程应用和长期运行考察,证明“临界速度试验法”确定的数值是可靠和合理的,基本上符合粉尘悬浮输送的运行规律。
【Abstract】 A conclusion is reached in a study of laws of motion on dust suspension. The mixing ratio of materials in conveying pipe reaches a defined degree, the higher current velocity, the better results conclude in particles suspension flow. Corresponsively, the conveying speed remains a given degree, the smaller mixing ratio, the better results reach as well. Thus it can be seen that the mixing ratio is the primary factor which has influence on the velocity of mixed airflow. With a given mixing ratio, the dust materials may develop into permanent sediment layer in the bottom of pipe while velocity reaches a certain degree of low speed. Critical Point of Pipe Blockage is introduced under such a circumstance in study and the current velocity is called Critical Velocity. Likewise, permanent sediment layers are formed with the fixed conveying speed and a certain higher degree of mixing ratio which called as Critical Mixing Ratio. This paper presents Experiment for Critical Velocity based on above theories, this concise and practical method is concretely proved by long-term working service and applications in engineering fields and the reliable and proper value is settled by Experiment for Critical Velocity essentially satisfy the laws of motion of dust suspension conveying.
