杉木木束干燥性能初探
Preliminary exploration on drying property of wood bunch of China fir
【摘要】 采用热风循环试验干燥机对杉木木束进行干燥速度与能耗试验,探讨杉木木束的干燥性能。结果表明:杉木木束干燥可采用高温低湿的干燥介质进行快速干燥。为保证干燥速度,节约能耗,木束干燥前最好采用预干处理,使木束初含水率均匀;干燥介质温度应控制在140℃-160℃之间;风速控制在3m/s左右。
【Abstract】 In this paper, experimental study on drying efficiency and energy consume of China fir’s wood bunch was performed in a circular hot-air dryer. The results showed that the wood bunch can be quickly dried using high temperature and low humid air medium. The predrying of the wood bunch before drying can raise efficiency and save energy. It is better that drying temperature can be controlled at 140℃-160℃, and air velocity can be controlled at 3m/s.
