【Abstract】 Test devices, conditions and methods for nail-holding performance testing under lateral and vertical drawn loads for sheathing panels in light frame construction were introduced. The performance of plantation grown Chinese Larch (Larix gmelini) plywood, which could be used as wall, roof and flooring panels in light frame construction, was also studied. It was found that the Larch plywood, with the same thickness as foreign plywood products, had superior performance with nail-holding power under both lateral and vertical drawn loads as compared with the requirements for the related standards.更多还原
