环氧丙烯酸酯家具涂料光固化过程的红外光谱分析
Evaluation of UV Curing Process of an Epoxy Acrylate Coating by IR Spectroscopy
【摘要】 采用鎓盐催化剂,以E 44环氧树脂与丙烯酸为主要原料,制备了适于家具表面涂饰的环氧丙烯酸酯光固化涂料,利用傅里叶红外光谱跟踪测定体系固化反应过程的双键转化率,对其固化过程进行分析,并用化学滴定法对树脂膜的双键转化率进行了校验,结果证明用红外光谱对紫外光固化涂料动态固化过程实行在线监控的可行性。
【Abstract】 A coating for furniture, cured by ultraviolet exposure, was prepared from E-44 epoxy resin and acrylic acid under an onium salt as catalyst. The curing process of this epoxy acrylate coating was traced to determine the percent conversion of double bonds both by infrared spectrum analysis and chemical titration methods. Comparison of the results from the two methods verified the feasibility of applying IR Spectroscopy to monitoring the curing process of UV-curing coatings on line.
