【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童皮肤行为症患者的情绪和行为问题及相关因素。方法:采用Rutter儿童行为问卷和患者基本情况及家庭环境有关因素调查表对187例皮肤行为症患儿进行了问卷调查。结果:在患儿组,情绪和行为问题发生率为28.88%,明显高于对照组(8.29%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。情绪和行为问题发生率高与父母高中以下文化、家庭教育方式不当、有负性家庭生活事件、缺少学前教育和要好的朋友、居住农村等因素有关(P<0.01);而在不同年龄、性别、民族、地域、是否独生子女等方面,情绪和行为问题发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:儿童皮肤行为症患者存在明显的情绪和行为问题,其家庭环境中有多种因素与其发生有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the emotional and behavioral problems and related factors of cutaneous behavioral disorders(CBD) in children.Methods: One hundred and eighty-seven patients aged 6-13 years with CBD were surveyed with Rutter children’s behavior questionnaire.Results: The incidence of the mood and behavioral disorders was 28.88% in CBD patients compared to 8.29% in control group(P<0.05).Lower level of education of the parents,unsuitable way of family education,inauspicious family events or mishaps,lack of preschool education,lack of friends and living in rural area were associated with the higher incidence of the disorders(P<0.01).However,there were no significant differences among the disorders and age,sex,race and living region(P>(0.05)).(Conclusion): The children with CBD have obvious emotional and behavioral problems,which correlated with many factors in the patients’ families.更多还原
