【摘要】 目的:观察药物和手术综合治疗痔、肛裂、肛瘘、脱肛等所致肛门松弛引起的肛周湿疹的疗效。方法:120例肛周湿疹患者随机分为3组,A组:单纯药物改善肛周皮损(包括中药熏洗、外用药膏等);B组:单纯手术治疗引起肛周湿疹的肛门部疾病;A+B组:药物改善肛周皮损后再手术治疗原发病。治疗时间为4周。结果:3组患者的治愈率分别为22.50%、32.50%和57.50%;有效率分别为40.00%、52.50%和85.00%。3组患者的疗效不同(P<0.01)。组间比较:A+B组疗效优于A组及B组(P<0.05)。而A组与B组之间的疗效,差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药物和手术综合治疗痔、肛裂、肛瘘和脱肛等原因所致肛门松弛而引起的肛周湿疹,疗效确切,不易复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive treatments including medicine and operation for the perianal eczema which is caused by the anal disease such as haemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas and so on. Methods: A randomized control clinical study was carried out.120 patients with perianal eczema were divided into three groups and treated for four weeks. Group A was treated with medicine including traditional Chinese medicine and ointment for the improvement of the perianal skin. Group B was treated with operation for the anal disease which caused the perianal eczema. Group A+B was treated with medicine for the improvement of the perianal skin first, then treated with operation for the causes. Results: The cure rate was 22.50% for group A, 32.50% for group B and 57.50% for group A+B. The response rate was 40.00%, 52.50% and 85.00%, respectively. In comparison between three groups the therapeutic effect was different. There was a significantly statistical difference between Group A+B and Group B (P<0.05), and no significantly statistical difference between Group A and Group B(P>0.05) in the efficacy. Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment including medicine and operation is definitely effective to the perianal eczema which is caused by the anal diseases such as haemorrhoids, fissures, fistula and so on.更多还原
