【摘要】 目的　观察呼吸康复治疗对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者的肺功能、膈肌活动度的影响。方法　缓解期出院的COPD患者 6 4例 ,随机分为治疗组 32例和对照组 32例 ,前者住院前根据患者病情制订康复治疗方案 ,交给病人和家属参照执行 ,并留患者的联系电话以监督实施和随访 ;后者出院时未进行呼吸康复指导。结果　呼吸康复治疗组与对照组比较 ,呼吸康复对缓解期COPD患者的肺功能、膈肌活动度改善显著。结论　呼吸康复治疗在改善缓解期COPD患者肺功能、膈肌活动度方面有较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation program on the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in the stable stage.Method Sixty-four outpatients with stable stage were randomized divided into pulmonary rehabilitation group(n=32) and the group without pulmonary rehabilitation(n=32).Result The pulmonary rehabilitation group significantly improved compared with the group without pulmonary rehabilitation in pulmonary function and diaphragmatic muscle activities.Conclusion The pulmonary rehabilitation can improve pulmonary function and diaphragmatic muscle activities and have better effects.更多还原
