【摘要】 目的 研究中华扁桃的抗肿瘤作用。方法 用甘肃黄土地扁桃科技开发公司引种的中华扁桃制 成水提液,对荷瘤小鼠灌胃,观察其对移植性肿瘤HepA和S180荷瘤的生长抑制作用;以胃癌7901细胞 系及白血病K562细胞系为靶细胞,观察中华扁桃对培养的肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 结果表明,施 以0．5 g／kg和1．0 g／kg的扁桃提取液可明显抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长,对HepA和S180的最大抑制率分别 为11．2％和19．1％;对胃癌7901细胞系及白血病K562细胞系的抑制率分别达到22．9％和15．8％结论提示 中华扁桃具有明显抑制肿瘤的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-tumor effects of Zhonghua almond extracts. Methods The anti-tumor effects of Zhonghua almond extracts were studied by observing its growth inhibition effects on mice implanted tumor HepA and S180. Its growth inhibition effects on gastric cell line 7901 and leukemia cell line K562 were also observed. Results 0.5 g/kg or 1.0 g/kg of Zhonghua almond extracts could significantly inhibit the growth of all tumor cells. The inhibition rate was 11.2% in HepA, 19.1% in S180, 22.9% in 7901 and 15.8% in K562 Conclusion Zhonghua almond extracts has obvious anti-tumor effects.更多还原
